This is the art of cooking. Or haute cuisine as the french say.
There are in my opinion four main cooking ways: asian, european, north american and south america, and everyone gave birth to a famous city, a real capital of the world gastronomy, namely Tokyo, Paris, New York, and Sao Paolo .
If you visited one of these cities, you will agree with me, I think, there is nothing to compare to them from these point of vue.
But what is making these cities so special is not their specific. Rather than that is the variety of the restaurants carying the specific of a certain nation, very remoted from these cities, e,g thai kitchen, vietnamese kitchen ,african kitchen, lebanese kitchen, mexican, german, russian, etc, etc.
So, a first conclusion is that gastronmy is a neverending story .Tasting foods and wine is the first and also the last pleasure in this life for any of us,if you agree! The history of gastronomy itself is another problem!

No one understands why gigantism have manifested on these sea spiders. Expedition leader said he collected many samples of marine life in 20 days, 25% of them previously unknown.

I told you something about Sao Paolo. Fascinating city indeed, despite its proportions. If you intend to visit it, as I am suggesting, you have many opportunities and possibilities.
First of all, about gastronomy. You can eat very cheap on the streets, you will not be starving in Sao Paolo(ask also about churrascarias). I f you have a bigger budget, remember something: Sao Paolo is one of the world’s gastronomic capital (Paris, New York and Tokyo are the other ones!). So, whatever specific dish from every corner of the Earth are you looking, I am very confident that you can find it. You find vietnam, thai, french, japanese, lebanese etc etc restaurants. By the way, as I promised since some time, we must discuss more about local gastronomic specialties.!

I must think sometimes about the past and the future of us, the human specie.
My both grandparents had sheeps, one of them was even a shepperd, and the other one a country teacher. They lived 70 and 80 years on this planet Earth. Had many energy, worked a lot.
I am a fat sedentary office worker, making sport very seldom. I am in a poor physical condition, with a lot of stress in the office,and without capital changes in my life style I will live not 70. Nevertheless, I practised a lot of sports in my childhood.Not to forget:I live in a 100 000 people town.
My nephew will probably live in a city or megacity. Hopefully in a good condition.
