MSI Introduced CX600 and CR600 Entertainment Notebooks

MSI has just announced two new notebooks including  CX600 and CR600, the 16 inch notebook PC that is specially designed with streamlined 45 degree angled edges. According to the company these PCS are ideal for entertainment, learning and business applications.

Powered by Intel’s Core 2 Duo processor the CX600 is equipped with a ATi Mobility Radeon HD4330 graphics card with 512MB RAM while on the other hand CR600 includes NVIDIA GeForce 8200M G graphics. It provides 500GB of storage capacity along with 4GB of RAM, a DVD SuperMulti burner, and a 4-in-1 card reader for storage.

In addition to that both notebooks offer 802.11 b/g/n high speed WLAN and the new Bluetooth V2.0+EDR module. Other than that it includes a 1.3 megapixel webcam on demand creation and sharing of video content from anywhere, to anyone in the world. When paired with MSI’s exclusive video recording capabilities, creating and sharing videos with friends and family is both effortless and fun.

MSI Notebook currently has 7 serious notebooks in its product portfolio, including the Gaming Series, Aesthetics Series, Professional Series, Entertainment Series, Ultra Portable Series, X-Slim Series and Classic Series. I earlier wrote about the MSI first laptop that featured a Intel CULV platform. According to MSI it is the world’s first ultra thin and light weight notebook that will be equipped with Intel’s CULV platform that weighs at only 1.3 kg and 19.88mm at its thickest pount.

Currently they are working on their latest X-Slim X400 and X600 ultra slim notebook PC that are powered by Intel’s Core 2 Solo CULV processor.

Their LCD displays features LED-backlit and 16:9 aspect ratio. Both notebooks X400 (14-inch) and X600 (15-inch) are less than 1 inch thick and weighs just 1.5kg and 2.1kg respectively and offers a super slender Li-poly battery.

The new MSI’s X-Slim X430 will officially hit the U.S market this month. The world’s first ultr thin and light weight notebook will be equipped with Intel’s CULV platform. It weight at only 1.3 kg and 19.88mm at its thickest pount. The X-Slim series offers fully functional I/O ports and displays which seems like the big turn on in the industry. The X-Slim X340 fully demonstrates its ability to integrate classic elegance with advanced technology, illustrating MSI’s power and aspirations as it establishes a global presence.

MSI reveals that the X-Slim series comes with X40 of which the X-Slim X340 comes equipped with the Intel CULV platform and Intel SU3500 CULV processor which consumes only 5.5w of power along. It also uses an ultra-light 4-cell Li-polymer battery for extended battery life.
