The 100 anniversary remembering the sinking of White Star Liner’s The Titanic is creating a big buzz around the world with cruises and restaurants coming up with their own gimmicks to honor a great ship that ended in a sad tragedy.
The owners of Prime Meats in Brooklyn, Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli, will be serving a 10-course dinner replicating the exact menu served during the only journey of the Titanic. The menu will include some rack of lamb, oysters, roast duckling in apple sauce, foie gras, and Waldorf pudding.
The passengers of the Titanic enjoy the finest cuisines available during their journey, and this feast will be rememberd at Prime Meats this coming April 15.
