Samsung has recently introduced three 2 touchscreen mobile phones including the Samsung Jet S8000, the Samsung Omnia II i8000 WM6 and the Samsung OmniaLITE B7300. All three phones comes with a touch screen display and powerful processors to enhance user experience.

The Samsung Jet S8000

The new Samsung Jet S8000 runs the TouchWiz 2.0 UI and has a 3.1 inch AMOLED touchscreen. Powered by a 800MHz application processor the Samsung Jet features a 5 Megapixel camera with auto focus and dual LED flash and face detection. To spice up the picure quality it also offer camera features such as Smile shot, Panorama shot, Blink detection, Geo tagging and Photo editor.

The Samsung Jet includes A-GPS with 3D maps, Bluetooth and Wifi. It has a fully features Webkit-based Dolfin browser and does support audio and video playback. The Samsung Jet supports quad-band GSM/EDGE and dual-band HSDPA 3.6Mbps (900, 2100 MHz) networks and has 2GB or 8GB internal memory and a microSDHD card slot.

Orange UK has recently announced the availability of their new touchscreen phone known as the “Orange Vegas”. The company claims that it is the cheapest full touchscreen handset in the market today. It is available for purchase at the carrier points of sale across UK or online.

The Orange Vegas may not as cute as you expect it to be but I guess we can all make an exception here because it is priced at nly 48.50 GPS for pay-as-you-go customers. Currently this handset comes in 2 colors including Pink and Black.

It comes with a 2.4 inch TFT touchscreen and the user interface is exclusively designed for Orange. In addition to that it features a 1.3 Megapixel snapper which is capable of taking images and videos and of course the music player followed by the microSD card slot. The microSD card is expandable up to 4GB of memory. An additional features includes free access to services like Facebook, Myspace and Bebo. Other than that it also offers a built-in FM radio and Bluetooth connectivity.

General Imaging is the worldwide exclusive licensee for GE branded cameras. The have unveiled their 12 Megapixel camera with 5x optical zoom, 28mm wide angle and ISO up to 1600.  Unlike other cameras it also offers a 3 inch touchscreen display.

The new E1250TW takes cameras to a whole new level with its on-screen icons and a user friendly interface which simplifies camera operations for you. It offers 116 MB internal memory which is quiet enough for storing your images and videos. More importantly you wouldn’t need to buy any additional memory card. It also supports SD/SDHC card which is expandable up to 8GB.

With it’s 12.2 Megapixels,5x optical zoom and 4.5x digital zoom you can find face Detection, smile detection, auto scence setection, electronic image stabilization, red-eye removal and Pan-capture Panorama features.  On the other hand shooting modes include Auto, Manual, ASCN, Image
