Who has access to Cruise Personaliser?

Both passengers and travel agents have access to Cruise Personaliser.

Where can I find my booking reference number?

If you were the person who booked through our Reservations Centre or at a travel agent, you would have received your booking reference as part of your confirmation. Each person on a booking can access Cruise Personaliser using their own first name, surname and the booking reference number. If you did not make the booking, you will need to contact the person who did to obtain the booking reference. Once you have logged in, you will notice that all people in the party are displayed under the same booking reference number.

Please Note: If you provide us with the personal information of any other passengers, you must have the authority of those passengers or if the passengers are under the age of 18, you must be their parent or legal guardian.

Who do I contact if I have forgotten or lost my booking number?

You can call Carnival Australia during the hours of 7am – 8pm AEST (Monday to Friday), 9am – 5pm AEST (Saturday and Sunday) on 13 24 94.

Are there any differences between the manual form details and the data entered online?

Yes. There are some minor differences in the data able to be entered through this service. Dining (including dietary requests) and medical requests can not be entered into Cruise Personaliser.

Can I make online bookings through Cruise Personaliser?

No. Cruise Personaliser is for either travel agents or passengers with a current booking that needs further personal information supplied in order have their tickets dispatched. Please note that full payment is required along with immigration details for tickets to be issued. Cruises are normally opened for ticketing 60 days prior to their sail date.

Can I add or update information in Cruise Personaliser?

The only details that can be added or updated are phone numbers and the immigration details (including address, emergency contact and passport details).

Can I fill out the Cruise Personaliser if I’m going on a P&O Cruises World Voyage?

If you plan on participating in sports such as scuba diving or parasailing, ensure your policy covers these activities. International travel insurance is also required on Australian coastal cruises, as your cruise is outside the scope of Australian Medicare and the New Zealand Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC).

Be aware when organising your insurance that uninsured travellers (or their families) are held personally liable for cancellation, medical and associated costs incurred at any time whether before the cruise, on board or overseas. Hospitalisation costs on board or outside of the country and medical evacuation costs are very expensive and are not covered by Medicare, ACC or private health insurance. Daily hospital bills can cost as much as AUD 5,000 per day. All consultations, treatments and medications are charged at private rates.

GLS makes precise approaches and pinpoint landings possible. Satellite navigation is more flexible than the conventional ILS (instrument landing system), which uses radar guidance. Consequently it makes approaches more efficient, comfortable and quiet. It also offers a considerable cost-saving potential.

Our tests with satellite-based approaches were so successful that we are convinced that GLS is the technology of the future for global air traffic, commented Marc Altenscheidt, Chief Boeing Fleet at Air Berlin, when talking about the airline?s LBA approval.
