Cheap Spa Holidays

The cost of spa holidays varies, and depends on where you are staying and what treatments you would like to experience. In most spas a set of basic treatments come as part of the overall price, such as manicure, massage and use of swimming pools and steam rooms, but if you want any specialist treatments such as professional fake tans, electrolysis or mud wraps then you may have to pay additional fees on top of your booking price.
If you are thinking of a spa break, then chances are you are looking forward to being pampered, and you may not want to compromise on the treatments or the quality of your surroundings. If you do feel this way, but are on a tight budget then the solution can be to just have a short spa break for just one day, or a long weekend. Think about what you want out of your break, and then pick a spa that answers most of your basic requirements in the overall price. For example if you just want to relax in comfortable surroundings and take some gentle exercise, then a spa with inclusive swimming pools, saunas and Jacuzzis are good idea. If however you want to indulge in some serious pampering, then choose a spa that provides good value for money on just one or two special treatments that you would like, and cost them in to your spending money before you leave. If you are on a budget then you should try and avoid buying any of the spa products (moisturizers, CD’s, bath salts etc) and souvenirs (such as towels and robes) that are on offer, as these are normally top quality items that come with a hefty price tag.
Here are just a few good value spa breaks available in the UK:
* Ragdale Hall Health Hydro and Thermal Spa, Leicestershire
This spa is set in a beautifully restored Victorian country house in the heart of the English countryside, and is surrounded by lovely landscaped grounds. This spa is award winning, and has a whole range of different treatments and leisure facilities on offer. Day packages are very reasonable, such as the ‘Twilight Taster Evening‘, which is just £67.53 per person, and includes a choice of a holistic back and scalp therapy, prescription facial or an ex foliation and massage treatment, and also a light supper in the comfortable Veranda Bar
* Hilton Avisford Park, Arundel
Hilton spas are renowned for their luxurious surroundings and world class treatments, and many of their UK based spa hotels have a number of special offer breaks that are excellent value for money. Hilton Avisford Park has an excellent one night deal for two (sharing a twin or double room) at just $58.50 per person which includes accommodation, a choice of either a spa pedicure, manicure, massage or facial treatment, and full use of the swimming pools, gym, sauna and steam room.
One day spa treatments are good value for money, and can be perfect gifts for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. These breaks have also become a popular and relaxing alternative to the traditional hen night out on the town, and can be a welcome ‘time out’ from hectic wedding plans for the bride and her close friends.

Great article you got here. People should ask recommendations to suite their needs. Before going to spa breaks, make a research and plan your budget carefully. This will help them to avoid future problems and waste of time.

There are a surprising number of spa hotels in the UK or at least hotels that now offer spa facilities. The home counties/london especially seems to have a lot.

This is a nice avenue for rest and relaxation. Just make sure that you are prepared financially if you want to experience spa breaks that are far away in your place.

Yes! I definitely agree with this-The cost of spa holidays varies, and depends on where you are staying and what treatments you would like to experience. And for us to be able to get the best spa experience as well as it’s relaxing services we have to check the day spa more deeply…The offers and what it gives us.
Anyway I also found a good site that can give you guys more information about spa offers and services. Check and enjoy the site guys!
