Madrid is a fabulous part of the world. It offers something for everyone. Have kids? Madrid has great attractions for the kids. Love to shop and look at art? Then you’ll think you’re in heaven. And maybe a little morbid fun is good for everyone as you take part…well, watch anyway…in the bull fights.
What isn’t to love about Madrid? Absolutely nothing. Madrid is everything you want it to be. You want it to be a honeymoon? No problem. You want it to be a family vacation, it will be. You want it to be where you fall in love with your husband of forty years all over again? No wishful thinking needed.
But what makes Madrid so magical? Is it the attractions? Sure, they’re fun. Is it the food? While the rich food is some of the best anywhere, and it does help make Madrid the wonderful place it is, there is still something else. The hotels. Yep, the Madrid hotels will add to the magic of the city and leave either a really good or really bad impression when you think about your trip.
You don’t go on vacation, spend all that time and money preparing and paying for your trip to have your vacation be ruined by not choosing your Madrid hotels correctly. Now if you’ve been in Madrid before, you might have a favorite hotel to stay in. If that’s true, you should share that knowledge with family and friends. It’s always good to get customer feedback on the hotels you would like to stay in. Madrid hotels are no different. But, if all else fails, there are plenty of websites that allow for hotel reviews on hotels all over the world.
So when you go to Madrid, whether this is your first time or twentieth time, which Madrid hotels do you like to stay in? The pet friendly ones? Or maybe you like the expensive ones that don’t really cater to families. But then again, maybe you need one that does do well with kids. Maybe you want one with a restaurant or bar. These are the kind of things that people consider when choosing which hotels they like to stay in.
It doesn’t matter what your hotel criteria is, just that you have a good experience. A bad hotel experience can sour you on the whole vacation. You don’t want that, especially when you put so much time into seeing the attractions, shopping and visiting the theme parks and monuments. Who wants that to be overshadowed by a bad hotel experience? Nobody. So if you don’t know where to stay and don’t know anyone that’s been, before you go to Madrid or anywhere else, do your research.
To start, here’s a handful of Madrid hotels that are some of the best in the city: Hotel Room Mate Alicia, Hotel Preciados and Hotel Europa. All three offer great service, a great location and are perfect for everyone. But you have other hotels to make your choice ( and reservation, sometimes is needed). You have also the budget alternatives: motels, hostels etc. If the offer is too wide for you, and you are really overwhelmed, make your choice with your eyes shut, but don’t blame on me for the results!
