Sheraton Hotels & Resorts will make more than 300 of their hotels from Canada, USA and Caribbean smoke-free .
Starwood Hotels & Resorts who owns them also imposed this policy to their other propriety which is Westin Hotels & Resorts in 2006. Something went right, I guess.
Not only rooms, but also hotels’ public areas will go smoke free. However, to keep some of their smoking customers, they designated an outdoor area where smoking IS allowed.
There are already 70 Sheraton and Four Points by Sheraton Hotels in the U.S., Canada & Caribbean that are smoke-free.
