Heavy winds and snow falls in Eastern Europe, and minimum -10 degrees Celsius. Even worse in the States. Better stay home and go to you job as usually. Or head south, reading first my series about Australia,New Zealand, Pakistan etc. Or maybe you are very fond of snow(Austria and Swiss are not so bad weathered, but there are major dangers of avalanches!
Eastern Europe was dramatically hit! Many romanian tourists were blocked in Bulgaria, with not so many money on them. A humanitary crisis almost. And the bugarian gospodin tried to take proffit after! Unbelievable and outrageous. These countries are neighbors and friends usually.
