On our beloved obsolete overcrowded Earth there is practically the same temperature in the northern and the southern hemisphere.

But you have spring in the north, autumn in the south. According to your taste and state of mind you can go in Hong Kong or Melbourne( exactly the same temperature today!).

You can still ski or skate in some high mountains or remoted destinations (e.g. Alaska). But you have also some wonderful occasions to swim, as long the sun is not super strong. A lot of decisions to make for a profesional traveler as you are-tell me about them!
