London Bridge. Big Ben. Buckingham Palace. West End. These are just a few great reasons why it would be so much fun to go to London. A London vacation is the perfect solution for a person in need of a little rejuvenating.

Westminster Abbey
Think about all of the wonderful things London has to offer. It can’t be hard, a list was started up above. But if you’re suffering from burn out on the job, or just plain bored, the sights and attractions that a London vacation can offer you will have you bubbling with excitement in no time.
And it’s not just the attractions that are exciting but what you can see at them. Like Buckingham Palace. Sure it’s big and beautiful and a sight to see. But what would be better than Buckingham Palace? Seeing the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, that’s what. Then there’s also the Tower of London, St. Paul’s Cathedral and Globe Theatre.

The Tower of London
If you’re ever able to get through all of the wonderful history of London to do something else, there’s plenty of shopping to be done. Or going to a London tea room. Or a pub for a pint.
There is just so much to see and do in London that there is no way it can all be done in one visit. Not a chance. But you can try. Why rest? You can rest when you get home. You’re on vacation to live a little. To do something you’ve never done. If you take a London vacation, there’s no way you’re going to lounge around your hotel room and relax.
If you’re really up for trying something fun, you can take a ride on the London Eye. That even sounds scary doesn’t it? But it’s not. At least, not unless you’re afraid of heights or ferris wheel type rides. The London Eye is a huge observation deck, that moves like a ferris wheel that offers the most spectacular panoramic view. Getting to ride on the London eye is the experience of a lifetime.

Piccadilly Circus is the heart of London
And if the rainy days start getting you down, you can always find a little excitement at London’s underground amusement park…The Dungeon. If that sounds a little too dark, there’s always another one where you can be queen for a day at the Pearly Road Indoor Amusement Arcade.
Whether you’re looking for adventure, a piece of history or a romantic getaway, you can never go wrong by going on a London vacation. There is truly so much to see and do that you’ll be wishing you had at least another week to spend there. London is a popular tourist destination because it offers so much for any type of tourist. It doesn’t matter if you’re traveling solo, part of a twosome or as a family. There’s so much for every kind of person–male or female, child or senior. So next time your planning that little getaway think of London as the perfect escape.

Having been on The Eye, its worth pointing out it moves so slowly you’d hardly notice. Only people with the most serious vertigo would have a problem, because you are totally enclosed. I would agree it is well worth the price.
