I have been asked about my last post, New ways of tourism: did you not really forgot something, namely the sex tourism?

My answer and my motivation is this: I did not forget it. In my opinion, sex tourism is not new, is not very modern. Sex tourism is really hot, I agree, but it is not a clou of our days. I think everybody had experienced it at least once. It is reallz hot, indeed, but the idea is not new! It comes from immemorial times, even antique times!

Alexander the Great was maybe the first known sex tourist, he found his wife in the Middle East! Middle age conquerors were some adventurers and also sex tourists. The good old colonial times meant also sex tourism.

Sex tourism is very popular in Thailand for the girls of there, very popular in Kenya for the males from there(the kenyan government tries to restrain it, looks like the colonial time again: women of 40 or 50 years old come there and pick young local males who want to live better) and also in Caraibean Islands.

Is this kind of tourism outrageous for the locals or not?

There is another way of sex tourism, and this has nothing necessary to do with locals: you go single and find your partner there! He or she could be local or could be of any nation. This thing is related only with your charm and preferences.
