For snorkeling you only need a snorkel, a mask, and optionally swimfins and special suits in the cooler waters. Besides, you need a good location for snorkeling, which means clear water with spectacular views (shipwrecks, coral reefs, fishes or other interesting aspects of wild marine life). And of course, the wish for snorkeling and the necesary time to do it- but you are in vacations!
Beware during snorkeling to the dangers and hazards which can occur :
1.Sunburns, as your body is totally immersed, and you won’t feel any sign of burns. Fight sunburns using special protection suits in the tropical waters.
2. Be all the time aware and alert about possible dangers due to jet skis, motor boats and sailing. They can’t see you at all, you are only the end of the snorkel for them. Practically invisible!
But these facts won’t stop you from filling the experience of a lifetime. Some crazy snorkelerers gone even further and developed special games as underwater rugby or underwater hockey. We simply stay to snorkel this time!
