They have just announced their new LG Banter which will be available for purchase in U.S through U.S Cellular’s official site and retail stores. LG Banter is the successor of the LG Scoop, which is a youthful device, equipped with a side-sliding QWERTY keyboard.

It’s the new slider phone that supports a full sliding QWERTY keyboard that offers fast and easy texting. It features a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity, Mp3 player and microSd expandable memory slot.

The vice president of product strategy & marketing for LG Mobile Phones Ehtisham Rabbani said that the changeable faceplates of LG Banter bring a whole new look to the full QWERTY keyboard and the handset has widespread, customizable asset to fit several lifestyles.

The LG Canter features a U.S Cellular’s suite of enhanced wireless data application services. It provides customers an access to some of the most hottest video games out there. In addition to that it offers ringtones, wallpapers along with the latest news and entertainement.

The new LG Banter is now available at U.S. Cellular stores for about $50, after a mail-in rebates and a new 2 year service agreement.
