Panasonic Introduced 3 New Compact Cameras

Panasonic has just added 3 new compact cameras to it’s Lumix series. The Lumix DMC-FS12, DMC-FS42 and DMC-FS62, all models offers 4x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom.

The Lumix FS12 features a 12.1 Megapixel camera high resolution imaging and long battery life of 330 pictures along with 4x zoom LEICA C VARIO lens. It offers Intelligent Auto mode (Ai) with Mega O.I.S, Intelligent ISO control, Intelligent Scene Selector and Face detetion that recoveres digital red eye automatically.

It has a 2.7 inch LCD to view your recorded stuff. In addition to that it records movie at 30 FPS. The package comes with a photo editing and organizing software “PhotoFunsStudio 3.0″ featuring face recognition bundled.

While FS62 features a 10.1-megapixel high resolution imaging and long battery life of 390 pictures. Just like FS12 it features iA mode with MEGA O.I.S., Intelligent ISO Control, Intelligent Scene Selector and Face Detection with Digital Red-eye Correction. It comes with a 2.5 inch LCD and WVGA, VGA,QVGA and record movies at 30 fps.

It offers 4x Optical Zoom (Max 7.1x in 3-megapixel recording using Extra Optical Zoom) F2.8 LEICA DC VARIO-ELMARIT Lens.

Last but not the least the Lumix FS42 offers 10.1-megapixel high resolution imaging and long battery life of 370 pictures. Rest of the features are pretty similar to FS62 except that it offers 4x optical zoom with max 7.8x in 3-megapixel recording using Extra Optical Zoom and F2.8 LUMIX DC VARIO Lens
