I was just looking for websites to review that shows you interesting places to visit through recommendations and local tour guides created by the local citizens. I then stumbled upon NextStop, a free web service that helps you discover new & interesting places near you and around the world.

It is an online platform that lets you share what you love to do near where you live and at the same time allows you to discover what other people love all over the world. The website also offers “Most liked guides” right on the main page for you to discover what people recommend the most.

To being your search on Nextstop simply enter the name of the city and select the keyword like park, restaurants etc to get much more convincing results. Once it’s done processing your query it will come with all the places that have been recommended by others. One of the best features of this site is that it will show places on Nextstop only if someone thinks it is great and recommends it.

Use the search box at the right top hand side of the page and click “Search”

Once done, you will be able to see the results and check out cool places recommended by others.

In addition to that each submission also pulls up an auto-locating Google map.
