They are popular for those best tasting croissants that are warm and buttery and they serve really good coffee that will make your visit worth it.

You may also want to try going to Le Cochon Dingue in Rene-Levesque Boulevard that is housed in an old building. Their morning signature is the best coffee in Quebec and a choice of healthy toasts with homemade jam or apple butter that will surely put a smile on your face.
Right after breakfast you can take a walk and see the harpist on the street. You will pass by The Fudgerie Chocolate at the heart of the Trait-Carre that offers a unique concept in chocolate, candy, and nougat that are handcrafted by their chocolate maker.

Enjoy the rest of the morning and delight in taking photos of the Funicular with its main gate located in historic house of Louis Jolliet in Chaplain St. This house was built since 1683 and the only funicular of its kind in America. See also the Chateau Frontenac, a hotel that is most photographed around the globe then head straight to Rue due Tresor in the narrow alley of Quebec. It literally means Treasure Street wherein students exhibit their artwork on the walls. It became a popular attraction of the old city where tourists find really good souvenirs and art amateurs.

You can keep on walking until you reached Grande Allee’s sidewalk restaurant and cafes with really nice architecture that lure a lot of tourists. This is one of Quebec’s main streets that lead to many other tourist attractions like the Old Quebec, Place Ste-Foy, the historic Quebec Bridge, and shopping too at the Laurier Quebec.

Next along the way is the Faubourg Saint-Jean District where you will pass by a chocolate shop again and this time you can see from the window a dress and a bag made of chocolate that you love it more.

After that you maybe are feeling hungry already. You can make a quick stop to J.A Moisan, which is North America’s oldest grocery. When you step your foot in this store you’ll be carried in time of the good old days. Check out their traditional and rare objects that make up the big part of history. You’ll also find different sumptuous cheeses. Then maybe you’ll want for a really bread, which you can find from several bakeries alongside. You can just on a bench near the church or maybe just relax somewhere else while you savor your cheese and bread. Evening

The best time for pure entertainment is during the night where you can enjoy jazz music at L’Emprise and let yourself be transported to a warm and special ambiance that will surely make you sing from the very first note. If you want to go salsa you can go to Maurice where they build a strong reputation of unique musical identity with a fiery atmosphere. Or if you want something else try to go to Temps Partiel to see punk band. But what’s really good to try is the Le Cercle where they offer everything from the art gallery, to nightclub, and to restaurant.

You can check the art gallery located downstairs as you wait for band to set up. Once you go back up check the menu and order what you like. Although it’s recommended to ask for their chef’s specialty. Enjoy the rest of night with the music playing that’s different every night with a glass of wine that’s also the chef’s top pick.
