If you are hunting around for the hottest New Years party destination this year, then look no further than Le Gibus, one of Paris’s premiere night spots.
The annual New Year’s Party at
attracts top international DJs, making it one of the most glamorous and fun events of the year.
Le Gibus originally started out life as a metal club, but over the years both the décor and the clientele have changed dramatically, and now it is one of the most popular nightclubs in Paris, situated deep in the heart of the party mad Rue Faubourg-du-Temple area, which also hosts a number of other vibrant bars and restaurants.
The party kicks off, of course, on 31 December 2008 at 10pm, and tickets are 45 Euros each, which also includes one free drink and one free glass of champagne. DJs tipped to play include DJ Kiss, DJ Skeez and DJ Battle. You can reserve tickets on the Le Gibus website (www.gibus.fr) or you can phone their booking line on +33 (0) 1 47 00 78 88.
If you are travelling from the UK to attend, book Eurostar or ferry tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as the Christmas period is a very busy time for cross channel travelling. If you are intending to stay over for a few days, make sure you book a room as well, and you can find details of suitable nearby hotels at www.hoteldirect.co.uk

I like Paris, but never heard about Le Gibus. The new Year Party 2009 must be nice in Le Gibus. But seems to me that there is not much food at this New Year Party 2009. Wish you all a nice New Year Party 2009.
