If you’re looking for a perfect getaway from the stresses of everyday life, a beach vacation will fit the bill! There’s nothing better than lying in the sand, basking in the sun and hearing the sound of waves gently lapping the shore for hours on end.
It can be hard to decide where exactly to go for your beach vacation, however. Tourists have many choices of beaches to visit and even different regions of the world; here are just three classic destinations for beach vacations to help you make a decision.
—

1. Hawaii
The islands of Hawaii offer a classic relaxing getaway. Hawaii is so used to tourists now that you can indulge in many activities catered exclusively to visitors, from golf to spa visits. Whether you choose to stay on Oahu, Maui, the Big Island, or elsewhere, you’ll find lots to do — or you can choose to do nothing at all.
—

2. The Caribbean
Another classic destination, the Caribbean offers friendly people, great weather, and climates ranging from moderate to tropical, depending on your exact location. In Aruba, there is an arid climate, while Dominica has very rainy weather. In some areas, you can tan on the beach in the morning, go horseback riding in the cool interior in the afternoon, and walk through rainforests in the evening. Whatever interests you have and whatever your climate preferences, the Caribbean can accommodate you.

3. California
The Beach Boys sang about it, the surfers flock to it, and you can enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in it. In California, you can enjoy the laidback atmosphere and friendly locals, perfect weather, and unique culture. Try staying in a small “surfer shack” town, or opt for a bigger city like Long Beach or Santa Barbara. Either way, you’ll have a relaxing beach vacation in this sunny, surfer-filled state.
No matter whether you choose to visit one of these classic vacation spots or a lesser-known destination, you can fill your summer with beach visits or activities catered to tourists who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Just remember to pack sunscreen!

This is just the kind of article that’s fun to read in December in Montana. (loved the pics, too) We have vacationed at all three areas you mentioned, and can afford to do it with a family by renting budget timeshares (we find great bargains on http://www.redweek.com) Last year our December trip was to Honolulu, and there’s so much Christmas things going on there it’s great.

I know what you mean — December in Canada is equally dismal. Just gazing at the pictures for a few minutes is enough to warm me up!

Beach vacations are always winner choice for every family, I think that, when you combine a beach location with a luxury villa for your accommodation. If you want to find a luxury holiday villa with a good price then I recommend Elysian Holidays. we used their services couple of times and they were great! recommended for everyone
