Denmark vacations

The proofs for that are the runic stones founded all over Scandinavia.

Nowadays there are a few differences between Denmark and the other scandinavian countries(Sweden, Norway and Finland). First, the language is different and is very difficult for a danish to understand a swedish. Second, Denmark is very spectacular, but not very big (90 000 sqkm) and has practically no mountains. I never heard about a danish champion in winter sports( did you? Tell me please!). Nevertheless, the danish are very health and sporty, and the young girls are gorgeous.
You can visit in Denmark first of all its wonderful capital, Copenhagen. You can take bike tours of Copenhagen on your own, for free. Do not miss in Copenhagen the port (Nyhavn) and the Tivoli Gardens hosting dozens of restaurants in the City Centre. For culture freaks and art lovers, visit Dagmar Teatret and the Royal Ballet (Denmark has beeing since 1000 years a monarchy). If you like bars, I can recommend you the literally cool Absolut Ice Bar where the temperature is -12 degrees Celsius . Here the walls are ice made, and the hosts please you not to lick them. Another interesting and fashioned bar is Bang Og Jensen, where you can dance or hear music all day long.

Only a few years ago Her Majesty The Queen of Denmark inaugurated two architectural masterpieces, the fruit of a titanic work. There are two spectacular bridges : the first of them links Funen to Island Sealand, and the second links Copenhagen to Malmoe in Sweden. These are the biggest engineering works in the history of Denmark.
You can also visit the cities of Arlborg (bed hotels, good restaurants) and Odense( birthplace of H.C.Andersen, one of the world’s most important theater plays writer. There is a museum for him in Odense). If you have the kids with you, visit the LEGO city, as the LEGO is a danish patented invention.
For your excelent Denmark vacations, you can get Denmark by road and train from Germany, its only one terestrial neighbor, by air landing in Copenhagen, or by cruise in one of its many ports ( important note: Denmark has many islands and an impressive shore length of 7000 km)
