Travelling to Vienna to have a vacation is probably the ideals of having a splendid vacation.
Vienna, the capital city of Austria with a population of 1.5million, is an inspiring city and one of the greatest art collections cities of the world. This city, probably has so much to offer to make ones vacation worthwhile. During vacation, there is basically no shortage of interesting places to visit.

For visitors who are art lovers, there are several museums, ranging on various topics of interest to give one the opportunity to learn more about the city and its people.
Along the streets, there are lots of monumental buildings, as evidence that the city is an historical one, one of such buildings are the Baroque church, Aristocratic mansion, monumental project built in the nineteenth century all line the streets to give visitors to marvel at their architectural master piece.

A major visit to Vienna’s major central district , the innerstadt, this part of the city which retains much of the city’s commercial and financial institution, and lots of cyber café’s, shops, restaurants. But the most attractive site here is the Stephansdome, the city’s most edifice standing right at the city centre.
Another interesting site that beckons to visitors is the popular Habsburg palace and the Kunstmuseum. This museum is completely sophisticated with collection of world class orchestras, as well as superb architectural heritage.
The city is a cultural heaven as well as a home to music; it is the home of great and renowned music legends as Mozart and Haydn. It is known for its various architectural landmarks, like the St. Stephen cathedral which can be viewed in the city centre.
There are lots of parks scattered all over the city, but a more perfect and ideal place is the wolf trap park, which is dedicated to performing arts. This park has vast space for various outdoor and indoor activities to give visitors time for recreation.
Night life in the city of Vienna is definitely going to be a wonderful experience. For visitors who prefer the night stuffs, like clubbing, going to a cool spot to have a drink, there are numerous late night openings as well as club houses located in the heart of the city, and within easy reach from any part of the city. Plenty of musical cafes and drinking shops can be seen while taking a stroll or driving through the city.
Several top class hotels litter the city, to give visitors the best of comfort, the beauty part of these hotels, is that most of them are situated very close to most of the city’s site attractions, hotels such as K+K hotel, Hilton hotel, best western premier hotel, hotel Rathaus Wein and Design Wein are all there in the city to give a visitor the best of comfortable vacation.

We travelled to Vienna before Christmas, it was the most wonderful vacation I have ever had. We visited all the local tourist spots, and of course, the Christmas markets. We drank Gluwein, and ate all through Vienna.
